Interview was very straightforward. They're looking to see why they should hire you instead of someone else. Make sure you know the company well and that you have questions for the interviewer. Overall, moderately difficult interview.

One phone interview which was quite simple. Then an in person interview with the Area Manager of the area they will likely put you in. After the in person interview, you will likely get your offer or denial. They took a decent amount of time to get back to you.
