Enterprise Mobility Management Trainee interview questions

It was a decently pleasant first interview. The interviewer said they would be a fool not to hire me and asked when I could start. I gave an answer for 2 weeks from the date and was told they would be in touch with a formal offer letter and a start time. They never got back. After many phone calls, texts, and emails to their HR guy, still no response. If a company doesn't even have the courtesy to just say "sorry nevermind we don't want you", they are not worth anyones time.

The interviewer seemed uninterested about the whole process - asked very few interview questions and it seemed like it was all up to me to ask all the questions, even though I'm the interviewee. To me, it seems like they may have already had all the applicants they wanted and was just maybe seeing if there was an Einstein in the remaining group of throwaway applicants.
