I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Jan 2011
Interview
A friend mentioned Enterprise to me when I was applying for sales jobs. I applied through their website for the Management Trainee position in my city. Received an email within a week about setting up a phone interview. Interview was scheduled for later in the week at 10am. Recruiter didn't call until 11:30am. Lady was very friendly and engaged in the conservation. At the end, she asked about setting up a face-to-face interview, but I told her I was no longer interested. I've heard a lot of complaints about the trainee position. Basically, overworked and underpaid. However, it is a large company, so if you hang in there, might be opportunities for advancement.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (East Lansing, MI) in Feb 2011
Interview
Met with a recruiter for an on-campus interview. Pretty straight-forward, mostly behavioral questions: tell me a time when... The people at enterprise are really helpful, they let you start whenever you want, choose where you work. After a second short meeting with the same recruiter (no questions just information on the position), I shadowed a branch manager close to campus and went through 2 additional interviews before an offer was presented.
