Enterprise Mobility Management Trainee interview questions

Met the recruiter at a college career fair and had a 1:1 interview with them there. Asked the normal questions (i.e. what are your strengths and weaknesses? What are your career goals with Enterprise?). Had a second interview in Austin 2 weeks later with a regional HR employee who assured me I was a good fit and only suggested that I emphasize my sales experience more. Waited over a month to have the third (branch observation interview) scheduled. Went to the branch and was ignored by the salespeople and simply sat for 2 hours waiting for the manager to see me. Finally entered the interview and things went seemingly well. I waited another 2 weeks before contacting the HR department to see if a decision had been made. Finally, 2. 5 months after the intial contact with the recruiter, I was declined a position with the company.

Had interview with recruiting manager who was extremely nice and pleasant. Provided great insight into the company and was very straight forward. Ask such questions as why do you want to work for Enterprise? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Why are you the best candidate? What kind of sales experience do you have? Next interview was with the area manager and it was very brief and basically the same as my first interview. There was no new information and to be honest he did not feel that interested in interviewing. I asked a few questions to try showing him I was interested in the position. In addition he kept me waiting for about 20 minutes past my scheduled interview at 11 am. I had arrived at 10:45.
