The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Richmond, VA) in Jun 2010
Interview
Was not to bad. They asked a lot of questions about "if you were in a certain sales role, what would you do if there was an unhappy customer" It is all about customer service and sales. I reccomend going to the website and checking it out before the interview. I had four rounds of interviews. One was on the phone, then I met with him. Then i met with the manager I would be working for and his assistant. Then the area manager.

The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Jul 2010
Interview
I was contacted by an HR employee asking me basic questions about my skills and interests. We then set up a face to face meeting which took about 25 minutes and was fairly straight forward. She then told me I'm moving on in the interview process for a second interview coming up in two days in which I will be observing for 2 hours and then interview with the local area manager. Hoping my second interview goes well.

Question 1
Tell me a time you had to deal with a difficult customer?
The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Jun 2010
Interview
I posted my resume online. I received a phone call and an interview was set up at the regional office. This was two hours away. She asked me about my job experience and especially about my sales experience. Then, a few days later I actually went to the Enterprise office and interviewed with the person who would be my boss. First, I observed the other employees at work. Then I interviewed with the head of the office. They wanted me to tell them about my sales experience, and also about my other work experience. I think you may have a problem getting this job if you do not have sales experience.
