The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Farmington Hills, MI) in Mar 2010
Interview
First was a phone interview by the recruiting agent with general and behavioral questions. Next was a 1:1 interview with the recruiter with more general and quite a few behavioral questions. The last step was a tour of the office that I would have been working in and a 2:1 Interview with the current managers of that office. This interview was more behavioral questions, many of which I really had no answer to because I had not experienced the situations they are talking about. They ask that you be specific and remembering specific events that have occurred over the last 10 years wasn't easy for me.

Question 1
Name a time when you have competed with a co-worker to make a sale.
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Minneapolis, MN) in Jun 2010
Interview
This position is good to pursue if you are unsure what you want to do and want good experience. The first two interviews (phone screening and 1:1) are very basic and just like any other behavioral interview. The third interview is based around seeing if you can present your sales and customer service experience to them. The final interview is mainly about seeing if you will be a good fit for the company's culture. If you are able to answer their questions easily you can move from resume submission to a job offer in as little as a week.

Question 1
Name a time when you had to convince someone to do/buy something that was hard. How did you do it?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Houston, TX) in Jun 2010
Interview
With preparation for behavioral based interviewing, the interviewing process is no more or less difficult than any other interview. Be confident and talkative (be sure to have something to say) and understand that this job is about selling. That will demonstrate to the interviewer you have what it takes to excel in the company.
