I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in May 2010
Interview
Fairly straight foward interview process that consisted of an interview with a recruiter, then area manager, and finally group manager.
The interview process was very quick. I had an interview with the area manager the day after my interview with the recruiter. The interview with the group manager came 1 week later.
Iif you are planning on working at enterprise as a management trainee, be prepared to work 49+ hours a week with a low starting salary of $31,500.

Interview
After applying online initial contact was 24 hours, first thing on a monday morning. From there the interview with hr hiring manager was scheduled for a few days away. This interview was brief and basic, they really have a feel for what kind of personality they like to hire. After passing the phone basic q&a and the initial interview I went to interview with the branch manager and area manager of the location that I would be working at. After about a 30 min interview, which had a lot of behavioral and scenario based question the area manager and I really got a long well and the interview closed with talks of sports, cars, motorcycles, and watches. I was then passed onto the city manager where it was basically like a you have to screw this one up pretty bad to no get hired

Interview
First interview with the recruiter went great. The Branch visit was mediocre. The Assistant Manager was in charge that day and I got to see everyday operations. Also got to see how hard these guys work. Branch Manager and Area Manager were at a meeting during my 2 hour Branch visit. The interview was a 1:1 with the Area Manager. He was very disinterested with anything that I had to offer the Company even at the beginning of the interview. Seemed like he'd been out all night. I felt disrespected by his lack of professionalism and foul language used by the employees during the visit. After the interview I lost a little respect for this company.
