I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Austin, TX) in Dec 2016
Interview
Applied online and received an email directing me to the application site. A week later I had a phone interview, assessing what things I valued with an organization and to review my experiences. A week and a half later, I had an in-person interview that lasted about 45 minutes. It was a standard behavioral interview. Question 1
Give me an example of a time you had to adapt your communication style
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Birmingham, AL)
Interview
Started off with an initial phone interview with the local recruiter. Was scheduled for an in person interview that week with the same recruiter. It was a very laid back interview. Talked about sales, customer service, and expectations with the job. Then that same day I interviewed with an Area Manager. This was a tougher interview but it went well as I was scheduled for a final interview with the Vice President the next week. This was really cool. He was very laid back and nice. I was then offered the job later that week.

Question 1
Tell me about your customer service failure story and what you learned from it
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Fort Myers, FL) in Jun 2016
Interview
The recruiter at the Ft. Myers office suggested that I apply to their Management Trainee Program. I have an MBA and 5 years of experience working in HR. The interview went smoothly, yet I was still rejected, despite my qualifications. They only hire people with a certain "look". This company has received numerous allegations of discrimination and I have experienced this first hand. I would suggest you not waste your time with them.
