Enterprise Mobility Manager Trainee interview questions

Bachelors degree is required at application station. After application is received, you will get a phone call from Human Resources to schedule a FaceTime interview. After that interview, you meet with the area manager and a branch manager of a location.

First I received an email. I've been asked to pick a time for the interview. Usually, the earliest available time will be next month. So I scheduled an interview. The next day I received an email and they told me there are some available times earlier than my scheduled interview. So, I rescheduled the time. On the interview day, a guy called me and asked me some general questions mostly behavioral questions and also some questions about my previous experience. Our discussion went very well and the guy was very friendly. After our talk, I felt he was very satisfied with what I provided, but around two days later they send me an email and told me that I have not been selected. I was kind of shocked! cause we had a good interview. but personally I think the guy was not the person that made the final decision on my application.
