I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Austin, TX) in Dec 2019
Interview
Interviewer at Austin center started interview very late and then started talking to front desk in lobby and completely ignoring me and then proceeded to run through questions before running to lunch. Impersonal and showed 0-emotion. No discussion of benefits or why someone would want to work for Enterprise. Very bizarre.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Berkeley, CA) in Sep 2018
Interview
3 step interview, last interview is with the RVP. First interview is with the Talent Acquisition Specialist. Then after that is an interview at the location you would be working at, sort of a job shadow.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Houston, TX) in Oct 2019
Interview
Applied online and received an email to click a link and set up in-person interview. Waited 30 minutes after my scheduled time to finally meet with interviewer. Felt tense because it took place in a quiet office where none of the employees working greeted me. Bunch of “tell me about a time” questions, but ultimately they want to know your career goals and how it relates to Enterprise (so they wont waste time getting you geared up to leave)
