I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Avondale, AZ) in May 2019
Interview
I had three total interviews, which seemed excessive. The third interview was the worst one of all three and was the one which mattered the most as it was with the hiring manager fo the branch which they will assign you. The manager ended up not liking me as a person and didn't hire me. The whole process should be revamped to ensure a candidates time and effort isn't wasted as they get strung along.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility
Interview
Phone interview, in person interview with area manager, interview with Regional Manager...once you make it to the last interview you pretty much have the job. The last interview is more of a meet and greet.
