They talk about their campus and what they can offer you when in reality they know you’ll Be working 70 hours a week. My advice is to read Reddit and see what you think of the position
There was a phone call where they explained the position but didn't ask me anything about myself. Then I took a two hour moderated test online which included sections such as fake coding, which basically was a logic test for understanding a made up coding language.

Casual friendly interview that involved phone screening, and an intensive presentation style review. The overall process needed a little research on industry and personal as well as employee goal. I needed to follow up with the hiring department for a two months.
