The process is pretty straightforward and easy to follow. The assessment is tough for everyone, so don’t worry too much if you don’t finish everything—what they really care about is how you approach the problems. For the final round, you’ll have a few back-to-back chats with recruiters and team members. Everyone I met was super friendly and easy to talk to.
30 minute phone call with a technical solutions engineer, questions were related to interest in the role and long term career goals rather than technical questions. He also asked about relocating and if that’s something I would be considering.

Interview
Started with info sessions. Then broke into a room with an interviewer who asked me to assess a scenario. After that, I had an HR interview. All of these in 1-2 hours on the same day.
Initial phone interview (basic questions about resume, why interested in company and role), skills assessment (multiple parts- personality test, math and logic and coding sections), longer final interview with case study and behavioral questions.
