There was an OA i had to take that had 4 sections. There was also a personality test that took aorund 20 minutes, and had SAT like questions plus normal personallity test questions.

Leetcode 4 medium questions, and then fake programming language section
OA 3 ish hours, four sections, 3 LC Mediums. Also had a logic section where they make up a coding language and have you interperet, along with a rapid word problem section.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Feb 2025
Interview
Technical Assessment with 4 parts: math (which ended up being more logic-based), programming (basic programming concepts regarding the language that Epic uses for their software), 2-minute assessment (answer as many questions as possible in 2 minutes), and 4 coding exercises which were difficult.
