Got the phone screening and a few assessments to complete. I had my phone screening with a UX designer rather than HR. It went really well and the only question I was asked besides the basic tell me about yourself and why do you want to work here questions was "where do you see yourself in the next 3-5 years." I was also asked how I felt about working in-person in WI. The assessments were mainly math and logic based with one personality/behavioral part. Unfortunately I couldn't get the last part to work, so I contacted HR who tried to reset it for me but it still didn't work. After that, they said they were comfortable with reviewing my application without the last part but I didn't move on.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic

4 hours long interview questions, which is overwhelming, however with some practice it is doable. I will suggest people to avoid interview for them, unless you are truely passion about their mission

The interview was conducted over the phone and lasted approximately thirty minutes. It focused on behavioral questions. I thought the interviewer was friendly and thoughtful. He gave good answers to the questions that I asked him.
