I applied online for epic systems. There are 2 positions max you can select. After 2 weeks, they got back to me and asked me to schedule a phone interview. I told them my availability next week and we came to the final date. They are pretty much flexible with that. They also want to create an online profile. This contains simple behavioral and math, multiple choice ques.

they hauled us in teams from the downtown hotel and meet us in person to introduce the process, first they just shown us what is it like to be working at Epic and then they moved forward to one to on interview. finally, there was an IO/programming test near the end

The interviewer was very nice. He did care about whether or not I would love to move to Madison. He described a lot about the company, campus and life in Madison. Seemed like he is really satisfied with his life there. Questions he asked were: 1. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? 2. How many hours do you code per week? 3. Would you love to move to Madison? 4. What is your GRE score? 5. Why are you interested in this position?
