3 rounds:
1. 15 minute phone screen with a developer, check basic information, and then ask basic interview questions (explain a project you are proud of, explain a time you had to compromise with a teammate, etc.)
2. Asynchronous assesment testing math, logic, and coding skills. On the easier side compared to other assesments.
3. 3 hour final round, most of which are informational sessions about epic's campus, culture, and products. Then an technical inteview with a developer (30 min) and a behavioral interview with your recruiter (30 min).

Question 1
explain a project you are proud of, explain a time you had to compromise with a teammate, etc
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Aug 2024
Interview
Did phone interview, then did OA as well as another phone interview. Then I got rejected. Didn’t do bad on OA so perhaps it was the resume screen or they had a better candidate. No feedback was provided.
Only did the initial 30 min informational session over Zoom and the 4 hour OA.
Informational session is lowkey, camera off, no talking required. The OA had 4 parts, mainly just to determine how you think - 2 math, coding, and some sort of trick (consulting-like) questions.
