Epic interview questions

The first part of the interview process is a phone interview. They have someone call you from the department you are applying to and they just ask some very basic questions. They spend a majority of the time just telling you about the company and provide time for you to ask questions.

I was contacted by a recruiter for the company and they asked me to fill out an application. After submitting the application, I was contacted by another HR person. They had me fill out another personal information form, that asked the same questions as the initial application. They requested my SAT scores, which was odd. I also had to take a Personality Test that took about 20 minutes. After submission, I was informed that my information was being processed by another HR person and would be contacted shortly for a phone interview. The phone interview was fairly easy. They asked me a bunch of personal questions to try and get to know me, get a feel for me.
