Interview
Nice company and courteous correspondence. They were a little unorganized and the process took time, but the work culture and job benefits seem phenomenal. They are really expanding and make a strong impression if you visit their Verona campus. Everyone gets their own office, and the architecture and atmosphere is incredible. Overall, they seem like a great company and I would have been thrilled to have received an offer.

Interview
I received a phone call two days after I applied online to set up a phone interview. After setting up the phone interview, the interviewer emailed me a personality test that I needed to complete before the phone interview. The phone interview was very basic and asked questions regarding my resume and where I see myself in 5 years and then in 10 years.

Interview
Personality Test: Objectives, repetitions, be consistent (cant navigate back).
Phone Interview: A sanity check, be interactive, do background study.
Skill test: written test, write functions. Could not get through. What I would recommend is to take the type of questions posted on this forum and practice them in and out.
