Technical test was very long, took almost 3 hours. Had a few nonsensical, riddle-like questions. Good information session with the "role introduction" but ultimately felt impersonal as there wasn't enough time for questions.

"A man finished painting his house but needs something else. When he goes to the hardware store the clerk finds what he was looking for and says '1 for $1' and the man replies 'i'll take 600 for $3'."
Good experience with the first few rounds. Received a 20min phone interview day after application. Also a personality test that took place on the date surprisingly. Questions were relateively straightforward and easy to do.

Screening process which took 2-3 weeks , then timed coding challenge which took up 4 consecutive hours of my time, and then technical recruiter meeting who asked me questions of things that weren't very related with the job description
