Extremely over the top interview process. You'd think you're applying to a senior dev role at Meta or something. Multiple rounds, VERY LONG rounds and a presentation. By time you get through most of it, you're thinking, "do I really want to work here?"

Question 1
30-60min phone screen interview with technical questions. Presentation in another round.
Required to complete rembrandt portrait personality assessment, skills assessment test, and phone interview with current software developer. Personality test took around 2 hours to complete. Skills assessment took around 3 hours and was made up of logic, math, and programming sections. Programming section contained 4 leetcode style problems, mostly easies and some mediums.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI)
Interview
Had a positive and engaging phone screen. Then completed a set of tests and a personality profile. It seemed like a standard practice for all employees, but the tests felt very technical and unrelated to the job functions of a graphic designer. I did not progress beyond the skills assessments
