I applied online. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Feb 2026
Interview
Initial application - resume & cover letter
Assessments - 4+ hours, personality assessment, coding assessment, logic assessment
Initial meeting about the role - 30 mins
Actual interview - 4+ hours; Software demo for 1 hr, Role descriptions for 2 hrs, Group scenario for 1 hr, Individual presentation 15 mins, Individual interview 30-45mins
You get a phone call interview, then take this 2-3 hour long test, and complete a Remembrandt profile. They had really weird questions on it, some of the "math" questions felt more like brainteasers with play on words.
