I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Mar 2016
Interview
1. behavioral phone interview
2. online skills assessment
3. onsite behavioral interview, programming assessment
The behavioral questions were extremely straight forward and many of the programming assessment questions can be found online. The interview itself was very relaxed and felt more like a normal conversation than a formal interview.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Oct 2015
Interview
Epic saw my resume in my University's Career Services Resume Book and contacted me. I was a little surprised I was contacted by such a renowned tech company because I'm a Chemistry major and have zero programming background. The phone interview was really great and I enjoyed talking to a person in the role I was interviewing for. He was funny and we chatted about all things Epic and Madison. After taking the skills assessment (which was difficult for me, due to my lack of programming skills), I was contacted and was not offered a job. Again, I wasn't surprised, but it was a wonderful experience.
The hiring process was very streamlined and was very conducive to getting to know more about the company but made it seem to good to be true. The company was ran very effectively and I am contemplating going back there if nothing else works out (hopefully that is not the case).
