The phone screening is smooth and easy, You get to talk with one of their software engineers, they are going to introduce the company culture and their working style after you have shared your experience.
Phone Interview was not intense, during the interview I was able to ask questions about the company and positions. The Assessment that followed was very long, intense, and rigorous. I received the rejection email after.
First Interview was a Phone Interview, went over the company and all that kind of stuff, the campus, role, etc, asked a few questions about my programming experience.
Next was a technical interview. It was 4 sections, a 2 minute math section, a longer math/logic section, a section where you work with a made up programming language, and then leetcode-esque programming questions.
