I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Nov 2023
Interview
15 min phone call, online logical and coding tests, 4 hour zoom interview - 2 hours of info about company in a group; two individual interviews with different interviewers, call with HR
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
In the individual zoom interview, they proposed a scenario where you had three urgent client issues when you came in to work and asked how you would manage all three issues at the same time.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Wisconsin Dells, WI)
Interview
It was a good experience. I was rejected because of my international student status. Good learning experience, and the recruiter was nice to talk to. They don't do sponsorship right now which is ok and understandable. Other than that, seems like a good company to work for.
I applied online. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Oct 2023
Interview
Interview process was very strange! I had to take 2 rounds of assessment tests before a phone interview. 1st round of tests was behavioral/thinking. 2nd round of test was more mathematic, reasoning. I expected the first call to be with HR and it ended up being with a design lead. I thought our conversation went well. I got an automatic rejection from HR a few weeks later. I wasn't able to get an answer why I was rejected for the role. Company seemed very secretive. I interacted with 3-4 HR people while going through the rounds. HR would not share my interviewer's info and told me they would forward my followup thank you note which I found a little odd.
