Had many interviews ranging from phone to proctored exam. Then a personality test and a few other rounds of interviews. Not awful but definitely excessive for the type of work you’ll be doing
I recently had my first interview round for a Software Engineer position. Coming from a data background, I was asked a mix of basic technical questions and behavioral questions, which focused on my experiences and problem-solving approach.

Question 1
Describe a challenging project you've worked on. What were the obstacles you faced, and how did you overcome them? What did you learn from that experience?
The process was daunting, had to go through a phone interview and then a 2.5 hour exam that test critical thinking, reading, and some mathematical skills. I did pass the exam and had the third interview, but did not get the offer
