3/4 hour long automated technical screen - no one there to explain your thoughts process to or clarify ambiguous questions (seriously this is the most gimmicky interview I've ever taken, don't bother)

Question 1
Straight up riddles that you won't get unless you've heard them before and SAT math questiond
Phone interviewer was very friendly and asked basic questions (why does this position interest you? Are you willing to relocate?). Skills assessments were quite long and extensive with programming, logic, math, and language questions.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Apr 2024
Interview
They have you sit through a webinar where they sell the company to you and all the other new hires out of college. Once you get through that, you have to take a standard personality test and then a "logic" assessment that they tell you you don't have to study for. THIS IS A LIE. The "logic" exam is actually just full of annoying programming questions and riddles. For a NETWORK ENGINEERING position, this is ridiculous. I have only been taught basic programming and the questions seem more like they are for someone in software dev. It makes me worry about what the job actually entails and how they hire any competent network engineers if their biggest bar to entry is programming knowledge.
