I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic
Interview
First part is an online application, followed by an online test. If they like you, they fly you out for an onsite interview. The online test is brutal, and you will feel like you did horribly, but I got an interview after that anyway and got to fly out. Still waiting to hear back.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Apr 2015
Interview
The preliminary stages involve a phone interview and a roughly 2 hour test administered online.
If one progresses past those stages, there is a day of interviews and case studies at Epic Headquarters. I recall meeting with approximately 2-3 people for interviews, one for a case study, as well as giving a pre-prepared ten-minute presentation.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
When preparing on a collaborative project with four other people, what percentage of the time do you see yourself being the one currently speaking?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Jun 2015
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter. I received an email asking me to set up a phone interview and take two tests the day after I submitted the online application. The tests were not easy and took me about two hours. The phone interview was a about 16 minutes and asked questions that could be answered with very short answers. One week later I received an email saying they were moving forward with other candidates. The whole process was quick and clear except that the proctored test was inconvenient.
