I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Epic (Auburn, AL) in Nov 2015
Interview
I had a phone interview in early November, which was fairly straightforward and involved a fair amount of time where I asked them questions. After that, I took several online assessments (an SAT-style test, programming assessment, and cognitive reasoning test) in early January that were not too difficult. Some assessments left me really pressed for time, while others were less time-intensive.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic
Interview
The first step of the interview process is a phone interview. It is about half an hour long and I was only asked a few questions. The interviewer also told me about Epic and life in Madison. After the phone interview, you complete a skills assessment and a personality profile.

Interview
I submitted my resume online. The next day, I received an email asking for time availability for a phone interview. Immediately after the interview, I was sent a personality assessment and technical assessment. I am currently on that step.
