I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Dec 2015
Interview
Starts out with a simple behavioral phone interview. Interviewer was very nice and easy to talk too. This is followed by a technical assessment which can take anywhere from 1-3 hours depending on how fast you are. It involves four pretty difficult coding questions and a fairly easy technical questionnaire. They will then fly you out to their campus for a final in person interview.

Question 1
Q: What made you apply at Epic? Why do you want to work here?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Nov 2015
Interview
First there is a short phone interview with pretty general questions, then a 3 hour online exam to test for coding skills and logical thinking, and then if that goes well there is an onsite visit for a day. During the onsite visit, it was more of them trying to sell the company rather than an interview.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Nov 2015
Interview
Process took a couple of weeks. Easy, conversational phone interview. Online assessment involved coding. Still doable even if you have little to no programming experience. They just want to see your thought process in solving the problems. Will interview on site soon.
