I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Milwaukee, WI) in May 2015
Interview
The first step is a quick phone interview. This is very basic and easy. You need to show your interest in the company and that you fit the role of the position.
Next is the online assessment. This takes a few hours and there is an online proctor that's honestly kind of weird. This is pretty difficult, especially if you've never programmed. Allow yourself a lot of time.
Last is the onsite interview. It's very organized and moves quickly. You meet each interviewer for 20-30 minutes individually or with other candidates for a few hours. First there is a software demo, then an overview of the position you're applying, and finally a case study of how you'd handle a situation. This is timed and you have to be pretty creative with your answers as the questions get more difficult. It's not too bad but be prepared to think quickly. The interviewers are very friendly and it is obvious they are the more social PM of the company.
The initial test is pretty difficult. You have to make sure to do well on this and your pone interview. You are then invited to Madison to interview on site. There is a day full of interviews and you leave wondering if you did well enough. I haven't found out yet and it's been a week today.

Question 1
What would people who haven't worked with you before say about you?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI)
Interview
Quick turnaround, fair, good hospitality, easy case study. They give you a tour of the campus which they are very proud of. They have a rotation you follow to get interviewed by different positions throughout the company. My interview ended with a short discussion with an HR representative who laid out expectations and told me about the salary and time frame.
