The first step was a rather informal phone interview with a current project manager. We discussed the job, went over my resume and he allowed me to ask questions. I then flew out to Madison for an on-site interview. It was very typical, with common interview questions you would get from any other employer

Interview
After applying online, an HR representative contacted me to further the application process. After a phone interview with a current employee working in the position I applied for, I took various tests online. I was invited for an on-site interview, but had to decline due to other conflicts. The application process was very well-managed and pleasant overall, and the HR representative was very accommodating.

Question 1
How does your previous experience set you up for success in this role?

Interview
I completed three parts of this interview process. First was an online personality test which was very simple and included a couple of very basic math problems. Second was an online assessment with a math speed component, language/reading component, and a coding section. I would have liked to find out how I performed on coding because I have no experience with it and it was definitely tricky but much of it seemed intuitive. Third was a behavioral phone interview with a current project manager which was very low stress and enjoyable. A lot of time was spent on asking my own questions.
