Epic interview questions

I had the initial recruiter screen recently. My application was directly to the opening. They scheduled it within a day. I would advise candidates to not assume the recruiter to be lacking in technical knowledge. I tried explaining my projects at a high level until I found out that he had been a recruiter for 15 years.
