I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Epic
Interview
Very long and consuming, but the staff was very nice and informative. Required multiple aptitude tests for math, logic, and programming skills along with virtual interview sessions from current staff.
LONG ONLINE ASSESMENT, 3 hours long. 4 parts, 4 programming questions, the rest is behavioral and other assesments of your skills and intelligence. Very bpring, just wanted to finish at the end
They first asked for a phone interview, which was pretty easy. Then, there is an online assessment that is more of an IQ test if anything. They ask some very odd questions, and then there is an open-ended programming section. The assessment has a timer, but it is not timed.
