Interview
At Epic, I had to complete a skills assessment that contained various riddle-like questions, math questions, and programming logic problems. I then also had a phone interview where I was able to ask questions about the role.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Aug 2025
Interview
I was reached out by a recruiter from my university's job board website and did not have to do a phone interview. Then, I was scheduled for a role introduction and assessments. I had a personality test and a long online assessment. There are 5 parts of the assessment consisting of quick math, a longer math portion, reading comprehension, and 2 coding parts. The first coding part was where you have to read documentation and understand inputs and outputs. The last part was leetcode (2 really easy ones and 2 mediums+). I got my results after 2-3 days, then took part in a final interview. The final interview with its case study is easy if you did your research and studied — it's about showing how you think and communicate. The company was very responsive to any questions and often touched bases with me throughout the entire process. I got my offer after about 2 weeks.

Question 1
What is one thing that people get wrong about you?
Imagine a scenario where you had customers with varying requests. How would you handle it?
Conceptual coding test, no real behavioral interview questions - interview process is more informational than it is selective. No real planning is necessary. Final interview consists of case study just managing customer requests, very simple.
