Epic interview questions

First was a lengthy SAT style Assessment. After was superday style interviews including a group Q&A, One on one case study, and conversation with HR. The interviews were all very casual and not many interview style questions were asked which i liked.

After the application, there is an automatic 2-3 hour assessment, followed by a 45-minute info session, and then a final round of both behavioral and technical questions. The assessment is monitored, and the coding sections do not have test cases. It is way too much work to just be handing out automatically as the first step in the application process.
