Epic interview questions

Rigorous. Test given to show competency and ability to handle workload. Worth it in the end, but it is difficult. Interview itself was long, definitely need to prepare yourself to be tested on all facets, not just the basic “tell me about yourself” style.

Phone interview, then standardized test, then zoom interview. Phone interview was basic details, standardized test was weird (word questions, coding language logic) but passed, then zoom interview felt off. Interviewer was team lead and didn't seem friendly, all business in a bad way.
