2. Rembrandt profile and skills assessment. Profile takes 20 minutes and skills assessment can take 2-3 hours.
3. Final interview. Talk with manager and/or others. More behavioral.
Got reached out by recruiter, had a phone call with their software developer, then technical assessment test and personality test. The coding test was straightforward and relatively easy (string manipulation and matrix) but the rest was quack. The personality test was pretty confusing too.
got a 3 hour exam and also had a streamed webinar on epic and it’s campus. I didn’t realize the webinar was a webinar I thought it was a proper hr interview so I didn’t focus too much on the exam. However, I should have focused more on the exam because it’s most important.
