Online assessment that was followed by an Interview day. The first part included company introduction, the next included talking to an employee, then an interview about a project that I worked on, then a coding question, and then closing remarks with the recruiter.
The recruiter scheduled me for a virtual interview at 6pm EST on a Friday. She joined the call without her camera on, while I had my camera on. It was very unprofessional, and I felt uncomfortable in the interview from the start. She proceeded to tell me that she would let me know in a few hours if I would move on to the next step in the process. She sent me a rejection letter via automated email in 2 hours as promised. The interview was a complete waste of time.
