I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI)
Interview
They started with a group introductory meeting where they went over the roles and what they all meant for the company. You then take some coding assessments and a profile assessment. After this you wait to hear if you'll be getting a final interview.

Question 1
I didn't make it to a final interview, for the assessments they asked you to code your answer to different problems they came up with.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Jun 2025
Interview
Its roughly 4 hours long. It was barely an interview process to say the least. The first hour is a presentation about epic, the second hour is a chat with a TS that introduces the role. The third part is a case study with another TS. I can't speak for everyone but my TS for the case study was super cold. He did not provide clear instructions as to how the case study would go. It was just weird interaction overall. That probably lasted 20 mins out of the 45 they give you. Last is a meeting with a hr recruiter, which was also a weird interaction. She was also super cold and asked a bunch of general questions to get a feel on your career. Overall I spent probably about 40 minutes actually talking to someone. Take this with a grain of salt this is just how my process went.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Sep 2024
Interview
The interview was over the phone, and the interviewer was super respectful. There is a technical exam that includes a coding section. They said you don’t need any coding experience, but honestly, I think having some background definitely helps if you want to do well on that part.
