First, I received an email to schedule a phone call with a recruiter and shortly after that, received an email to take a couple of assessments from the company, which took about 3 hours to complete. From what I've read, they typically hire/move candidates forward in the process based on their assessment results. I feel like I wasted my time taking those assessments and then talking to a hiring manager, only to get rejected shortly thereafter.
Very friendly and welcoming. Started with an application, then the assessment. After I took the assessment, I had to take a personality quiz. About a week later, I was offered to attend a virtual interview that lasted about four hours consisting of an hour-long introduction, a 30 minute session a current trainer, a case study where I explained how I would budget my time during a typical week, a presentation that I had to give, and a 30 minute one-on-one interview with my recruiter.
Interview Process is quick with a phone interview, online test, and in-person interview. The in-person interview included a tour of the campus, a project simulation, a presentation, and several conversations.
