I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Epic in Feb 2013
Interview
An Epic recruiter contacted me after finding my resume online. I applied and was quickly told I'd receive a phone interview. I accepted and gave a list of times I was available, and they told me I'd be interviewed on Monday. Monday came and went, they never called. They emailed me again on Tuesday to tell me I was now scheduled for Wednesday (no acknowledgment that they missed the first interview), so I figured I'd just roll with it. Wednesday's time came and went as well with no call. Not sure if this will help anyone, but if they neglect to call you, you're not alone.

Interview
Applied online and got called for a phone interview a few days later. Interview was with a person who actually does the job and not some random HR rep so that was a plus. Interview went for about 45 minutes and the person seemed pretty knowledgeable about the company (culture & purpose) and the job itself (it was his 5th year).

Interview
I was contacted by a HR person through email first. Then filled out online application. I was scheduled a phone interview 2 days after applied. Really enjoyed the conversation. Then there was a Skill Assessments test, which includes the English, math, and programming portion.

Question 1
They told me all questions in Skill Assessments are SAT like, but the math is def harder than on the SAT.
