There are 3 parts to the interview. A phone interview, ~4 hour panel review interview, and knowledge test. In the long interview you meet a few different people at the company and do a basic interview, a problem solving question with a group, and present to an employee on a topic you're passionate about

Question 1
- What's 5 things that you're not?
- How assertive would you rate yourself from 1-10?
- Are you interviewing elsewhere?
- If you got multiple offers, what would be your deciding factor in making a decision?
The interview was conducted over the phone is several stages, spanning several hours overall. It wasn't as bad as I was worried it might be; several stages were primarily just setting expectations for the role and describing the company.
