I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Epic in Feb 2016
Interview
The process was very straight forward; matching the applicant with their strengths. We went over my resume and spoke at length on my achievements and interests. The interviewer was very friendly. The interviewer is a project manager as well so they were able to answer job specific questions.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Dallas, TX) in Aug 2015
Interview
I applied online for the position. After applying, I received an e-mail to select a phone interview time and to complete two online exams - one was conceptual, the other more technical. I completed the exams prior to my interview. The phone interview was about 30 minutes long and a mix of informational and behavioral questions. There interviewer was very kind and engaged - we talked about our interests and she informed me about a new office building that was currently under construction. Overall, the process was very relaxed and easy to go through. However, as much as I thought the interview went well, I did not progress to the on-site interview.
