I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Jan 2013
Interview
Submitted materials online. Received a phone call asking me to basically confirm details from what I turned in about ACT/SAT/GPA, etc. Came to WI for a full day interview. The day consisted of an hour long online test, a couple hours of interview sessions, a quick worksheet that was timed, and probably four hours of tours and selling potential employees on Epic. Received offer a week later.

Interview
I uploaded my resume through epic's website. I was surprised how easy the application was. I received an email several days later and scheduled an over the phone interview. I also had to complete a series of proctored assessments, one of which had to do with coding, another that had to do with logic, and a third that had simple arithmetic. However, all of these exams were times, making them somewhat challenging. I believe the assessments are a major part of the hiring process, and if you do not do well you will not be asked to move further. The over-the-phone interview was straight forward and simple, we discussed the role of a project manager.

Interview
I first had to take a computerized assessment test and then had a phone interview. Then I had to submit an essay. After that, they flew me in to Wisconsin, and I had to do a presentation, take another assessment test, and had 3 more interviews.
