The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Apr 2011
Interview
Had interview on campus with a recruiter. It took forever to hear back from them. I had to baby their HR division into telling me where I was in the process. I have my on site interview tomorrow. Just stay on top of their HR people and I think you'll be fine, just as long as you make yourself seem competent in your interview.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Apr 2011
Interview
I applied online at a job board. I was contacted a few days later to take the Rembrandt profile. After completing, I was asked to do a telephone interview. A week later, I was declined. The phone interview consisted of clarifying my resume, ACT or SAT test scores. and other questions. One question was where do expect to be in five years? Another was, are you finished with school, or do you plan to go back?

Interview
I met with one of their recruiters at my university's career fair and then was sent an email about 2 weeks later asking me to take an IQ and personality test. I was then emailed a couple days later to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was very relaxed mostly asking questions about who you are and what you are looking for in a career. I was then contacted a week later to set up an in person interview at their headquarters.
They set me up in a really nice hotel and I also decided to participate in a dinner with 2 of their current employees. I would suggest going on the dinner because it is a really good way to learn about the company and the type of people that work there. The day of the interview show up dressed casually. The interview invitation says that they are business casual and the MEAN IT. Just dress in something that you are comfortable in because the interview day is an absolute marathon. You will talk to probably at least 10 different people and you will also have to take some more tests. The day consists of a case interview with a current Project Manager, a 1:1 interview with an HR person, and also a presentation. Just be relaxed and be yourself and you will do fine. They are looking for people who are motivated and willing to learn and don't consider the other interviewees competition, this company is growing so quickly they are hiring all people that they see as qualified to do a good job.
