Epic Project Manager Implementation Consultant interview questions

I met Epic at my university career fair, left my e-mail and they began reaching out to ask about my resume. Submitted my resume online and was contacted a week later for a phone interview. Before phone interview, I needed to complete a skills assessment test (rather difficult, but not for everyone) as well as a personality test. Phone interview lasted only 30 minutes and was very straightforward, easy questions about why Epic and where I see myself in five years.

In my experience, the phone interview was more informative than behavioral or technical. My interviewer was a program manager who had been working at epic for about four years. He explained Epic's role in the healthcare industry and went through a detailed description of the project manager role. I ended up talking to him for about an hour and a half.
