Interview
It was a relatively informal interview with a person in the position that I applied for. Very helpful in getting to know epic and what it would be like to work there. They are very friendly during this screening and really just want to get a sense of who you are as a person.

Interview
The process started with a phone interview screening by an employee that currently holds the project manager position. The next step is a campus visit that is about a 6 hour long process of tour/lunch/interviewing exercises. Something unique to Epic is that they have you prepare a speech on a topic of your choice.

Interview
It was essentially an orientation to the company. Most of the day was spent allowing you to ask any and all questions about the company while giving you the rundown of the operations there. Spread out throughtout the day, they ask you to complete exercises that help them see your problem solving processes. Then they ask you to prepare a small presentation about just about anything.
