I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Feb 2015
Interview
First you submit your resume, transcript, and the likes. If you pass this round Epic will reach out to you to take a Rembrandt Profile test as well as a skills assessment over Proctor U. Neither are difficult. Then you will have a phone interview with a current Project Manager, which is super laidback. You go through your resume and talk about why you are a good fit for the position and the company. Then, if selected, you will have an on campus. Haven't had the on campus yet!

Question 1
Why are you a good fit for the Project Manager position?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Jan 2015
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter and followed up with her by e-mail. Was encouraged to submit a resume through their website. Was contacted three days later by email asking to set up a phone interview. in the meantime, I had to do an SAT like reasoning test and complete a personality assessment. I would advise doing 30 minutes of research on coding before you start. You don't need to know anything beforehand, but if you do you will do a little better. The following info is for the phone interview only. I am still waiting on the on-site interview, which they said they will tell me about within a week or so.

Question 1
Walk me through your resume? What strengths stand out?
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Feb 2015
Interview
Contacted by Epic after submitting application. Asked to set up a phone interview and complete the assessment- I don't think I did so well on the programming part. The phone interview was very straightforward- no tricky questions. After completing both was told they were moving on with other candidates but recommended that I apply for Quality Assurance position, which I did. I was then contacted about an on-site interview, which I have next week.
