I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Oct 2012
Interview
HR Phone Screen, 2 rounds of personality assessments, analytic skills testing, in person interviews
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
HR screen was straight forward, very friendly. Skills assessment killed me, extremely frustrating. I knew at that point the position wasn't a great fit for me, and vice versa.
Applied through a job posting and filled out application on their website. Received several emails from HR and then was given a phone interview. Phone interview was pretty basic, he asked me to walk through my resume, ask questions about the job, and some HR questions. Only behavioral question was "Where do you see yourself in five years?" Seemed more like a screening than anything else. A few days later I received an email asking me to do the Epic Assessment, which wasn't too difficult. Pretty basic SAT type test. A few of the math questions and analytical reasoning questions were hard but nothing to stress about. Ended up being invited to the final interview a few days later and am still waiting to hear back.

Question 1
A man just finished painting his house and goes to the hardware store to get something more. He finds what he is looking for and the clerk says "One for $1." The man replies, "I need 600, so here's $3." What did he buy?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Dec 2013
Interview
Applied online, got an email for a phone interview. After phone interview, flew out the their HQ for a day of interviews. Was one of the easiest interviews I've ever had. The "case question" was pretty much a joke, but then again I have done TONS of case interviews for management consulting interviews.
